Mod this Recession iPhone case! Win Pee Wee Herman's bad asscicle.
It seems like Tuesdays are the big days for technological rumors to hit and even more law suits.
AT&T goes for T-mobiles throat

Just for shits and giggles we’ll go as far as creating a very special ads that suck to help this make sense as well. T-mobile created the “There is a map for that” ad, which is a parody on AT&T/Apple ad “There is an App for that”. Generally as someone with a vast amount of communications background I can easily tell you both of these ads suck and here is why: T-mobile, while it was trying to be funny, was just pretty lame and was rather misleading. AT&T has rather terrible service (I’m an iPhone user in Washington DC, getting Pandora to work past 12:30 p.m. is like waiting for dial up) but the idea that the 3G service is only provided to roughly 1/3 of the U.S. is obviously false. If you can get 3G in Statesboro, Ga you know that to be quite true. Also any Apple ad pretty much just tries to get their point across by attacking it’s competitor and not really explaining a damn thing the physical product does itself. Oh really there is an App to hear fart sounds? No way! I can see Asian hookers on there now? Awesome! oh wait, what does the phone do again? Who cares Asian boobies guys! (Look at the top 20 Apps being sold right now, it’s pretty sad that many people will waste money on things that can’t be classified as even soft core porn) At least Microsoft shows you what new features and how “easy” their products are to use.
Bottom line: Both ads suck and AT&T is whining like a little girl because they look bad on an AD.
T-mobile goes down nationwide

Well the headline says it all, T-mobile service has crapped out and should only last a few hours. Basically if you are reading this it’s probably back up and running. Either way that’s two major screw ups in a couple of weeks attached to the T-mobile name. Ouch.
iPhone recession mod contest from casemate

Remember that contest we still have going on to give out iPhone recession cases from casemate? Didn’t think so. Anywho if you check out Casemate’s site they have the recession case back in stock and are offering a Pee-Wee style bike dealy thing for the best modification to their case. We’ll be posting ours on there and it will smoke the Anti-Obama one out of the water.
WB takes over for Microsoft’s Family Guy Ad
Our wishful thinking for Apple to take over the Microsoft 7 spot on Family Guy was short lived. WB took it over to put some heat under the new Sherlock Holmes flick.
Barnes and Noble’s being sued

Allegedly, Barnes and Nobles straight up stole their physical look and double screen idea from a smaller company that was hoping to get a partnership going. Instead it would seem like Barnes and Nobles jacked the idea and will probably get to start paying royalties and all that fun stuff to the maker of the “Alex” and they even use Android. Tisk, Tisk Barnes.
Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day
Obviously did not open nationwide. Looks like we now have our answer as to why their marketing team sucks and never placed ads out in theaters. Hopefully after the high demand of the flick they fools will open it nation wide, but and this is a big ole butt, Rotten Tomatoes gave the flick less than %20.
Some other stuff happened:
Some other crap happened like the addition of Twitter lists, the Twitter only handheld and some phones being released into the world. You can find out that boring stuff on your own
We suggest Gizmodo and Mashable.
