Pew Pew: 'Jesus Gun' scope manufacture causes war drama

Yes, he is always watching.

A military scope manufacture placed biblical references on their scopes, causing a heap of odd drama. What would make more sense than having a basic serial number on a scope? A biblical reference! Why of course the first thing a person thinks of while firing their sharpshooters and AK-7′s are terms displayed in the Bible.

The lawyers on this are clearly a bit over doing it, but they claim by having biblical references on a gun scope warrants our troops to be on an jihad of sorts, ya know, because it’s religious. While religion and state are clearly needed to be separated, this is a bit dramatic. The only real issue is that the manufacture decided not to tell the Ministry of Defense and department of defense when they bought a contract for 800,000 of these.

According to Trijicon’s Website, the scope manufacturer in question, and their morality code, it really isn’t much of a surprise. “Morality - We believe that America is great when its people are good. This goodness has been based on biblical standards throughout our history and we will strive to follow those morals.”

They do have some pretty cool tech though: Check it out below, with additional images from ABC displaying the bible reference.
