Yesterday I posted a series of e-mails that went back and forth between myself and a saleswoman on eBay. As a quick recap if you don’t want to read through them (pretty funny and might as well check it out – Check out part 1 here) I purchased a very cheap pair of ear bud headsets for my iPhone from her and it broke in a week. I left a neutral, not a negative, but neutral review stating, “Get what you pay for, broke in a week”. Brandy then felt the need to pursue a change of review form from me in exchange for a bribe.. or 3 pairs of her crappy ear buds.I simply told her I didn’t want to change the review and her product stunk – she then wrote me two pages of b.s. I guess trying to persuade me into changing my review still in exchange for garbage. Now it seems she thinks she is a part of a special eBay underground market that controls all of the eBay sellers. She also thinks she has blacklisted me from eBay, little does she know that I too am an eBay seller and know very well that this does not exist.  Although I must say these very e-mails of her insanity should one-up her bogus threat and let her potential buyers know what a nutjob she is. Now I’m not telling you to not purchase items from her, please do, but make sure your terrorize her as well.

For my safetys sake I’ve removed my eBay user name, although it really isn’t hard to find, but meh.

For some odd reason Brandy feels she can lie about a dead fiance to have me feel bad. Sadly for her, I have found her myspace page that she so readily posted on each of her sale pages, which says she is in a relationship and has no dead fiance. This imaginary blacklisting from eBay sellers not only is bogus, but just plain doesn’t exist. Sure she may very well have some sort of connections to other eBay sellers who sell bad products, but when it comes down to it there is a good chance I don’t want those. Furthermore I’m also an eBay seller and know very well to what extent you can ban and block people on there. Generally you can’t do a thing but deny a person from buying only your product as result of poor ratings. In addition I would also like to point out she is not a power seller and also has sold very few items in comparison to actual power sellers on eBay.

Brandy I wrote you a one sentence e-mail, how on earth did you manage to go off on such a ranting tangent? Anywho, I don’t mind if you block me as I’ve already stated I don’t want your garbage products anymore. Furthermore I don’t appreciate you continuously lying to me and turning me into you own person ranting box. If you have anger issues, which your Myspace page clearly shows, perhaps you should pursue kickboxing or yoga. You are not a powerseller, as there is no powerseller logo on your eBay site. Also for you to even try saying there is this magical group that sends around blacklist notices of certain users is completely bogus and rather humors. I as well am an eBay seller and know very well what practices can and are provided to us. Your empty threats are ridiculous at best, but I find it incredibly funny anyways. So go ahead put me on this magical blacklist of buyers, which supposedly I’m already on even though I have perfect reviews and ratings from every single other person.

In response to your other e-mail I would like to say your continuous use of personal information is unneeded and clearly fake as your Myspace page states you are in a relationship with “Brandy ♥’s Michael needs to get high” You also probably shouldn’t put things up about getting high when you are trying to run your own business. Unless it’s a head shop or your selling greatful dead and hippie stuff people will tend to think anything purchased from you will just go towards your use of drugs. Perhaps if you didn’t smoke so much weed you would have a better education and a real job, not selling garbage on eBay. Maybe you sell weed too, but that’s your deal.

I’m not quite sure what you are saying here, “I am not a weaker peron than you as it seems you try to be the comanding…” but I don’t believe we are playing World of Warcraft here. Perhaps you believe you are a peon and in some imaginary world of wizards and warriors, but that’s not where I live. Also I would like to say I’ve not once changed your words around, maybe you are speaking some elvish/startrek/starwars thing that I’m unfamiliar with, but last I checked I speak proper English and the things you say to look dumb are your own fault. The more use randomly CAPITALIZE things and are unable to even spell commanding makes me wonder how you can even function on a daily basis.

When you say, “then you try and tell us we said things that we NEVER said…JUST ANNOYING thanks for the neutral anyway, ALSO WHAT type of ignorant person buys something then leaves bad feedback stating GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Your actually complaining about getting what you pay for?? Arent you suppose to get what you pay for. That is not reason to leave neutral but all reason to leave positive. You dont make sence at all! I gave you a neutral review Brandy, not a negative one. Do you know what a neutral review is for? It’s when you receive a product you are not happy with, but it was as described. I was nice enough to only give you a neutral review rather than negative, simply because I didn’t want to deal with you shipping me more of your poor quality products. Also it would have been dumb for me to send you back the broken earbud headsets as it would have cost just as much as the item itself.

This statement however is just awkward and you probably shouldn’t tell such nasty lies, as your Myspace page clearly shows you are in a relationship. If you were so grief stricken over this, “Just want to let you nkow how big you look talking all kinds of crap to a 21yr old female single mother as my fiance died 1 yr ago yesterday.” You probably wouldn’t be in a relationship.

Lastly I would like to say you made my day using the “NO BUSINESS FOR YOU.” line at the end of your e-mail. Your reference to the No Soup For You from Seinfeld is supreme! Clearly you watch Gossip Girls as well and I can only imagine how much further this retards you.

Like I said before Brandy, I don’t want your poor quality products and your e-mails are getting more and more ridiculous with each addition. You should have left this issue alone, but instead you made it personal and awkward. Hopefully you will learn how to talk to customers in the future, although I would think after people read the crazy things you have said on the two Websites that your e-mails have been posted, you probably won’t have many more.

The following e-mails come from a chain of correspondences between EvO and a crazy woman from eBay. Check out part two of the crazy eBay saleswoman – Brandy. Basically what happened is I purchased a very cheap pair of earbuds for my iPhone till I found a decent pair. I paid $3.25, which included shipping.. so you know they had to be freakn sweet. In the end I’m pretty sure I was dealing with the loch ness monster off of Southpark who tricks people into getting about $3.50. Any who, I never intended to gather such a humorous event out of my $3.25, but the following e-mails (which are in reverse order from most recent to the start) clearly show that I was at first messing with “her” and saying I didn’t want to deal with her at all. I simply gave her product a neutral review of it was cheap and I got what I paid for. Shortly after the e-mails from her came pouring in, bribing me to change it to a positive review in exchange for another crappy pair of earbuds.. or my $3.25 back. Honestly I’m not sounding like a snobby d-bag, but I wasn’t about to pay to have broken earbuds back to her for $3.25 and I sure as hell didn’t want another set of those pieces of crap. She later ups the anti to 3 pairs, if I’ll be nice to her. I’ll post the most recent e-mail I sent to her, with guaranteed page long response when I get it back from her.

I find it a bit ridiculous that you are asking a favor from me at the same time you are blaming me for not reading the description of the item. I read the description and nowhere in the entire thing does it say it’s a low quality product that will fall apart after a week. I even properly stored the headsets with no aggressive use on them. The rubber connecting from the plug to the base of where it plugs into my iPhone started to tear because it’s a low quality product. Like I said I got what I paid for, low quality. I don’t care to what level the audio outputs, just some earbuds that wouldn’t fall apart. It’s even more sketchy that your account has now been suspended. I can also assure you earbuds of such low quality can be found at numerous retail stores. Wal-mart is not the only place to purchase items in the U.S.

Dear mnbs_everything4less2009, Well I have a few issues with the e-mail you just sent me. First of all you claim those cheap ear buds were at any point $20. Perhaps for a lot of them you purchased for that amount. Second of all, I used them for a week and the rubber protecting the wire quickly split open, which caused the wire to split. It’s a very cheaply made product. Most importantly this is almost a form of bribery. The product was cheap and I got what I paid for, which is generally a poor item. I will not retract me neutral review because the item was of poor quality and others attempting to purchase them should not have to deal with it. I appreciate your offer but I feel that it was most inappropriate to ask for a retraction of my neutral review in exchange for a refund, that’s a poor business plan. Had you of asked to fix the issue without being selfish this may have resulted differently. - REMOVED
